Square tube posts are excellent flexibility of mounting signs on 4 sides of the post, Greater loading capacity,Torsional Stability Primarily because of its shape,square post tubing has great torsional stability. The utilization of square post tubing leads to the substantial reduction of sign flutter in high wind and less loosening and damaging of signs on the post.
· Posts are manufactured conforming to FHWA and ATSSA standard.
· Steel material conforms to ASTM A1011, Grade 50.
· Yield strength after cold-forming is 60,000 psi minimum.
· Posts are manufactured conforming to ASTM A653, G90 or G140. The posts are also coated with a chromate conversion coating and a clear organic polymer topcoat.
· Punching with 7/16" holes on 1" centers on all four sides down the entire length of the post.
· Five kinds of cross section including 1.50''X1.50", 1.75", 2.00", 2.25", and 2.50"X2.50".
· Available in 12 and 14 gauge thickness with all kinds of length according to your demand.
· Powder coated sign posts with all kinds of colors are also available.

The MOQ for square sign post is 11000lbs for each size, for u channel post is 22000lbs for each size. You can mix different sizes of posts to make up a full container. If you want to know the MOQ for other products, please feel free to contact us.
4. How long is your lead time?
Our production time for first container is usual 6-8 weeks after receive your payment. If you order more containers, the rest containers can be finished every 7-10 days apart.
5. What is your payment term?
